The interconnection between organizational culture and company success

Defining an organizational culture is not exactly an easy task. Many definitions focus on aspects such as values, behaviors, and fundamental beliefs of an organization and have little to do with success. At the heart of our approach are cultural aspects that have a decisive influence on the success of a business. The model we use is based on a number of factors that seem to have a direct impact on success. This approach is usually chosen by organizations that try to change their culture and maximize their success. This organizational culture model is based on four cultural characteristics that have been identified as factors influencing the success of an organization: involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission.
